Hi, I’m Gabriela!
I’m so happy you are here.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New York. I specialize in treating young adults/adults coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationships. I offer individual and couples counseling to anyone living in New York via teletherapy. I have worked in many clinical settings including counseling centers and homeless shelters in New York City.
Through out my own experience with therapy, the connection I felt with my therapist was always a huge influence on my progress. So before you share your world with me, I will share a bit of mine. I am born and raised in New York, on Long Island. I lived in Florida while attending college and still consider Tampa Bay a second home. I am married to my husband and we have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. What fills my cup is spending time with family and friends, but also enjoying my alone time watching The Office or Modern Family.
