I specialize in treating young adults/adults coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationships. I offer individual and couples counseling to anyone living in New York via teletherapy. I have worked in many clinical settings including counseling centers and homeless shelters in New York City. Through out my own experience with therapy, the connection I felt with my therapist was always a huge influence on my progress. So before you share your world with me, I will share a bit of mine. I am born and raised in New York, on Long Island. I lived in Florida while attending college and still consider Tampa Bay a second home. I am married to my husband and we have a beautiful 2 year old daughter.
